Thank you for choosing Jean Rene Fit and Revive Retreat. We are committed to providing high-quality coaching programs, services, and transformational experiences. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Coaching Programs (Online Training, Nutrition, Posing)
All coaching services are non-refundable.
Due to the personalized nature of coaching programs (training plans, nutrition plans, mindset guidance), all sales are final.
Once a program is purchased and access is granted, no refunds will be issued.
2. Retreat Registration (Revive Retreat)
Deposits for retreat registration are non-refundable.
Full retreat payments are refundable up to 60 days before the retreat start date, minus the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations within 60 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable.
In case of emergency cancellations, we may allow a one-time transfer of funds to a future retreat (subject to approval).
3. Digital Products (Courses, Guides, Challenges)
All digital products are non-refundable.
Immediate access is granted after purchase, and we are unable to reverse delivery.
4. Special Circumstances
Refund requests due to medical emergencies, unexpected relocations, or extreme hardship may be reviewed individually. Approval is not guaranteed.
